Those crazy chefs from Valenza and Haven, Matt Swickerath and Stephen Herman, are hosting a patio party tonight sponsored by Big Green Egg. The main attraction is a Ossowaddle hog head from Bev Egglestone that has been smoked low and slow for five hours on a brand new BGE. Lucky attendees can sample smoked hog jowl while enjoying wine and music on the patio at Haven. BYOHJ (Bring your own head jokes).
