Like the dude, on the notebook sitting at the barbecue grill. I am going to put your link on my site.
I'm from Oregon and although there are a bunch of Q joints, very few survive. The best one I know about is a place called "Campbells" in Portland.
They serve real southern style cooking, bbq, and people from the south, who are either passing by, or have moved to the Portland area rave about them.
