Just want to say I really like your site and couldn't agree with you more about the Chargriller. I have one and to me the best features are the ash removal pan and the reversible charcoal holder (for lack of a better term). YOu can turn over the charcoal holder and it makes the smoker that much more effective in dissipating the smoke. A wondeful grill/smoker all in one but you've got to make the mods.
